Not actually used the battery yet in our caravan, but delivery and service from Tayna was brilliant. We had email advising when the battery had been despatched and when delivery expected, which was literally within a couple of days. On day of delivery we had further text and email advising 2 hour time slot for delivery - it was spot on. Unfortunately we had a problem with the first battery delivered, but with just one phone call all was sorted and within 2 days we had a replacement. Exceptional customer service, absolute pleasure to deal with Tayna and would highly recommend them.

Bought one 4 years ago and its still going strong. When second domestic battery started to fade I came back for another. With 760A cranking its also good to know that can start engine with these if I need to if engine battery fails with out knackering them. As always very helpful. When I needed to change delivery date its took 10 seconds - great service.
