Very easy to order from Tayna Batteries and delivered on the date requested. Packaging was excellent and done to protect the batteries in transport. Having had the make of Numax before I had experience longeverty and performance which is important when using batteries off grid on a narrowboat. The bonus of a wooden pallet which I cut to burn on my stove was great.

My star rating is for the customer service at Tanya batteries. Unfortunately the original picture of the battery on the website was incorrect so when we received the batteries they were different to that pictured on the website. Tanya customer services immediately arranged for them to be collected and, upon receipt, immediately cancelled the PayPal payment. Couldn't ask for better customer service.
