My star rating is for the customer service at Tanya batteries. Unfortunately the original picture of the battery on the website was incorrect so when we received the batteries they were different to that pictured on the website. Tanya customer services immediately arranged for them to be collected and, upon receipt, immediately cancelled the PayPal payment. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

I bought 2 off these batteries for my water fed pumps as I had 1 3 years ago ,so if these perform as good as the last one it will be 3 years of no worries as they are excellent batteries
