Got the address wrong. Just as well I was at home to see e-mail and phone. Nevertheless, it arrived pretty much on time. Battery all charged and ready for the off. I gave 5 stars because, despite the problem, their staff DO take problems on board....what a novelty these days!

I'm about to order another battery from them even though I found the same product about £4 cheaper elsewhere as I feel comfortable with the very good service.

I am very disappointed. - Very poor package, it's is a miracle that battery doesn't came totally broken. -Battery has been delivered completely dead . 10 Volts. I had to fully recharge it.

I haven't used this battery yet but this is the third Numax battery I have purchased from Tayna my oldest one is 3 1/2 years old and still going strong, so I am expecting this battery to be as reliable, delivery was fast as usual

Battery seems fine, delivery was good, only concern was the packaging. The battery was in a box with egg cartons, there was no rigid base and proved very cumbersome to carry, to the point of the battery falling out of the bottom of the box a possibility. I've ordered of Tayna a few times now but can't recall the others with such poor packaging.
