Battery for caravan fine, thank you, but service appalling. Your assistant could not enter the correct postcode for delivery although the one I gave was correct and so the battery could not be delivered by DHL. I lost a day of the holiday in the caravan (£20 site fee) and had to travel to Nottingham (34 miles each way) to collect the battery. The system does not allow the changing of wrong postcodes which is why after a week I went to the DHL depot to collect the battery. I am wondering why I paid a delivery fee....

The service from Tayna was great, the two batteries ordered arrived very quickly, well packed for transportation. The quality of the batteries I can't comment on until I've had them a while to see how they perform, but I would expect these to last at least two years for there intended purpose of using them of-grid far more than being hooked up regularly. The description of the batteries & price paid indicates you're getting a quality battery . Time will tell :)
