Fast service. One item damaged in transit by courier dropping the battery inverted and bursting the top cover but Tayna quickly shipped a replacement on receiving photograph of damage. Very good support.

Battery arrived well packaged and undamaged. Was showing 12.7v. However the promised next day delivery didn’t happen. This was a deciding factor when I ordered. As we were due to go on holiday, I had to go to the delivery company to collect it. Quite local but had to wait 40 minutes for it to be retrieved. I couldn’t really afford the time but could not leave home without the battery. Very frustrating.
