Brilliant, that's the only word that comes to mind. The speed of service was perfection as was delivery, I.E, less than 24 hours from start to batteries being in my scooter. And my scooter now has a decent range once again. So can not recommend this company enough, they are a pleasure to deal with and I will be using them in the future.
