Purchased a pair of batteries. One didn't seem, to me, to take charge as well as the other. Phoned Tayna, who were incredibly helpful. They explained that all batteries would be very slightly different and explained why. then they suggested that they send another, and pick up the original. Excellent service.

This is the second set of these batteries I have fitted to different mobility scooters. So far so good. They arrived very quickly and fully charged. After one of the scooters was charged then left for over a week I re-checked the voltage and they were perfect, had lost nothing. Hope they will stand the test of time with the proper maintenance. Service from Tayna is second to none.

This is our second purchase from Tayna Batteries and once again we were impressed with the prompt delivery and standard of packaging. There was absolutely no way the product was going to be damaged in transit falling short of a nuclear disaster. Batteries were received with a substantial charge which meant they could be used immediately. Are definitely our ‘go to’ for any battery required in the future. Thank you Tayna ?

Super service yet again from Tayna. Even with the horrific weather the batteries arrived very quickly. Fitted to a mobility scooter but due to the weather it has not been out much. Fully charged when arrived and a week down the line they are still holding the full charge.
