Battery has only been on a week,so can't give a long term assessment,hence the 4 stars.It was very well packed and arrived promptly.Bike starts easily.I sent a request for information and had a prompt reply.Only comment I have is that the terminals are a little larger than the originals and I had to modify the negative terminal on the bike to make it fit.

never had such a great service ordered a battery which turned out to be faulty rung them up told them what happened they didnt try to give me any bullshit just said no problem offered me a refund or another battery i took another battery sent a courier round picked up the battery and then got one back two days later hoes that for service

Good quality battery, fits my bike perfectly, the only thing I found if i was being really picky, was the connection fixing points, was loose and could easily be lost if the battery had to be removed, apart from that a really good product.
