I had a Numax battery which was faulty on arrival and I let them know straight way that if it didn't respond to charging, they would be getting it back. Sure enough it wouldn't turn the engine over properly so I bought a (twice the price nearly) Motobatt and told them that as I only wanted to do the job once, I would send back the faulty one in the new one's packaging. Next thing is that I get an email telling me that the old one would be collected next day, so I had to take it out and find packaging. The new Motobatt was fine and was installed successfully. Today I have checked my card statement and a partial refund less the carriage has been made in respect of this return, but get this; it was headed "Parts in Motion" when the transaction was from "Automation Factors Ltd". It is also interesting that my account on the Tayna website appears to have been blocked, changing the password was successful and still will not login. It MAY be a co-incidence but I think it smells a bit of sour grapes.
