Uncompromising in every way especially the method of connection. Supplied bolts with washers are very easy to fit and tighten. Altogether probably the best battery I have purchased. Thank you

The first battery arrived quickly but the negative terminal sheared off during installation. Tanya asked for some images and quickly agreed that it was a manufacturing fault and sent a replacement that arrived within a few days. Product appears OK but excellent service from the company.

I checked the label on my existing battery and searched for exactly the same as a replacement. This approach guarantees that the replacement will fit exactly in the same space. Hey presto! The new battery arrived promptly, was fully charged, and fitted exactly. Amazing what some homework does...... Thank you Tayna Batteries for your excellent service.

Great battery, only minor concern is that the terminals are very slightly higher than on the same model of Powerline battery from a few years ago, so had to adapt one of the connectors.

I had difficulty in identifying the correct batter and fittings for my bike and did not actually buy anything but found their customer service people very helpful and totally honest with no attempt to palm me off on something that was not quite right.

Worked well - fitted which was a result screw terminal on top meant a small extension was needed for the earth lead - not a problem just an extra 30 mins of fiddling - hence 4 stars
