Too early to report on performance or reliability but initial impressions are good. Terminals not ideal for classic motorcyle but quickly modified connections to suit.

Your courier service UK mail was inefficient, ineffective, and could not care less attitude as was part of your staff when asked to help out by tracking the parcel. The parcel took 7 days to be delivered. Incorrect address, couldn't find the address, no one at home were all the excuses given. Yet none of these were true. When evetually someone from UK Mail in Leeds intervened the parcel was delivered next day, only to be told by the driver he basically could not care. I was going to write and request a refund for the carriage charge but when I asked about this on one of the times I spoke with your staff they said that would or could not happen. Get in the real world!! Your actual service as supplying the part was satisfactory but as far as the rest .... I am not saying any more, other than I will think twice about buying from you again. Perhaps a reimbursement of some kind would change the opinion.

Fitted to my 1958 BSA A10. Perfect fit and is black so looks great too. Currently doing a sterling job, this bike is used all the year round with original electrics and dynamo so battery has to be good.

Battery arrived fully charged and ready to attach. Had to rejig the connectors as a wet battery was replaced - no probs. I may need another soon for a different bike and will have no qualms about using the same battery.

The battery I needed is not easy to find, but you had one and it was delivered within two working days, no hassle. The only criticism is that there were no instructions for charging and I had previously heard that a proceedure had to be followed to prevent a memory being set in the battery.
