You discover how good a company is, not when things go right, but on the odd occasion when things go wrong. The Battery delivered was unfortunately faulty, but one quick phone call and another arrived within a day, with no quible and no need to return the faulty battery for 'testing'. Fantastic service and advice and a great product.

Very efficient service,let down by the Business Post Carrier not posting "Attempted delivery cards"due to lack of stationary !I had ordered the Westco battery,but was contacted to say it was out of stock,and received the Numax.The bike it was intended for is a modified GS 1000E and, unfortunately,hasn`t provided the hoped for power to turn it over better then a standard battery.I think the Westco has a higher cold cranking rating,so I should have insisted I wanted that one.

The extra cost of these batteries is well worth it.The bike starts better,runs better and I can leave it over the winter without worrying that it wont start when I need it.
