Not the normal service I received. No advice on delivery just a collected advice it was fri and a weekend but I had to chase up my delivery . No pre message from courier advising a day or time 4 days later they arrived . I realise things are difficult but would have liked to have a idea of delivery stayed in 2 days not happy about that . Looking for a direct replacement for 2x Bosch batteries installed on boat. Dimensions critical for secure mounting. Terminals also had to be at one end. Tayna website was excellent for sourcing the correct batteries for my needs. Delivered in very quick time. Very happy and at a great price.
