The battery is fine: does the job. The delivery was not, however: Tayna are unable to specify a delivery day, let alone time - you have to contact the carrier. It arrives on a pallet, even though it can be carried: the carrier leaves the pallet (they don't take it away), so I'm left with a useless pallet. Clearly Tayna are geared up to deliver to businesses, not individuals.

My 1960 tractor has always failed to start when the temperature drops to freezing. I recently discovered the original battery spec. was for a min.120Ah unit, so thought I’d beat that and go for your Exide1421. Importantly this unit fits the tractor battery box and delivers the power to turn engine over fast enough to start even in adverse conditions.
