Good product, good price, pleasant staff, let down by delivery service. See below my email to Ukmail. Dear sir/madam, I live in Skelton (post code TS12 2EU). On Sunday when my car refused to start I ordered a new car battery from Tayna and because I need my car for work I paid a premium to have next working day delivery. This morning, 16th November I used your online tracking service and was delighted to see that my goods had been checked onto one of your delivery vans at 07:07:24. Living at Skelton which according to my sat nav is 21.1 miles and 42 minutes with traffic from your depot, I reasoned that my consignment would arrive before 12 noon leaving me time to replace the battery and get to work after lunch. I waited all day before ringing your depot at 16:15 only to be told they would not speak to me but to contact Tayna. I was told by the Tanya representative that your drivers excuse was that he couldn't find my house, he had my telephone number but did not use it, my sat nav finds it's way to TS12 2EU EVERY time. My house is a big yellow brick building that is difficult to miss, please look on Google street map! Given the above I do not see why he failed to deliver my goods in fact when the Tayna representative contacted your depot the driver still had time to deliver my consignment before his/her shift ended. After calming down I looked your company up on the web only to find numerous complaints, I also found that you had previously traded as Business Post Group and remembered that number of years ago, I think it was 2006, you failed to deliver a parcel to my house three times because "our driver could not find your house". In the end out of sheer frustration I drove to your depot in my lunch hour to collect the parcel. Dave Shaw

ordered this battery at 4pm on a monday,and it arrived at 12.30 on the tuesday,world class delivery.car runs alot better,old battery was 10 years old but not really big enough at 56ah,no such worries now.
