excellent battery and most of all excellent service and knowledge about the right battery needed. Delivery was at the speed of light and that's pure true I have done business with Tayna for some years now and find the company as good as if not better than Amazon Prime which is next day delivery guaranteed.

Wow, what great service. For background, I work on Horseboxes, commercial vehicles and 4x4s, servicing and repairs. My usual, local battery supplier was out of stock so I found Tayna online. I had a problem trying to pay, within a few hours I was called back to process my details. The batteries arrived next day, very well packaged and ready to go. Most importantly, the price was also better than my local supplier, cheaper by nearly £25. Needless to say, I will be ordering all my batteries here now.

Battery OK but service from Tayna was incredibly poor when there was an initial problem with battery. This resulted in great inconvenience and additional expense. Wrote letter of complaint 22months ago still awaiting a reply.

Battery is first class. Just after fitting hte new battery the alternator bearings died but the battery had ample reserve to keep us going with no alternator.
