Rating the service not the battery. Battery flat after being on vehicle for only 3 weeks. Assumed problem with vehicle alternator or starter motor being as it was a brand new battery. Cost in excess of £50 to have an auto electrician test it and identify problme with battery. As bought online problems in getting replacement as either had to wait for it to be collected returned to provider, tested and then changed or take it into Bristol to an "agent" with no customer service skills, more expense and required to take a days holiday from work. Having made phone call to establish procedure in this situation no one at Tayna explained the battery had to be fully charged so that it could be tested which was going to take another 10-12 hrs, even though I had in my possession the auto electrician's findings. After making phone call eventually was given a replacement. Never buy online again. Very disappointing all round and now a very expensive battery to boot.
