I have bought several batteries from Tayna over quite a few years. The reason I keep going back is simple. Fast, efficient, friendly helpful service. I called up once asking for help on which battery to get, and they could not of been more helpful. The battery arrived exactly when they said it would (a Saturday morning) meaning I could enjoy the sunny weekend. A big thumbs up from me.

5 stars for your company, web site and products. But has to be knocked down because of useless carrier! Do yourselves a favour and get rid of Yodel, they are utterly incompetent! They lost the package when a van broke down, and when they did deliver it he carried it in upside down, despite all the stickers saying “This way up” Even after being told what was in the parcel he put it down the wrong way up!!

Thank you. The battery on my 7 died after no use. Your direct replacement arrived in a couple of days and was excellently packaged with clear instructions. Straight in, fired up and is holding charge as expected.

Battery is the Caterham supplied battery. The last one I purchased only lasted 2 years so not ideal but delivery was next day and price was OK. It’s a case of be prepared to change on a two yearly basis.
