Truly outstanding customer service. The cost was considerably less than quoted anywhere else, retail or on-line. Next day delivery informing me the time of delivery. Even the delivery driver offered to help fit the batter as it was a big 'un! From ease of ordering to door step delivery the service was first class and I thoroughly recommend this company. Battery was good delivery excellent unfortunately we ordered wrong size so had to return the battery. We phoned tayna and ordered the correct size, they collected the wrong battery and sent the new battery and refunded the difference in price without any problems.
