Ordered Varta battery and when I came to fit it found I'd ordered the wrong size. Phoned and was told "it is not a problem" and that the correct battery was the Bosch 100ah and it would be shipped that day. Within 24 hours I had a delivery and returned the incorrect one all done within 48 hours of placing my online order.Could not wish for better service-highly recommended!
