This battery was purchased for a car through Tanya and this is the third battery that I have purchased from them. The reason for using Tayna was that they were competitive in price, the goods were all delivered to schedule, all were very well packaged and they were all as advertised. Unable to comment on battery performance as it has only been fitted a couple of weeks. My only comment is that the batter terminal covers are not very good. Fortunately, there are two locating pin holes in the top of the battery casing and was able to use the covers off of the old battery. This is important to me as the battery is located in the boot (no room under bonnet) in the spare wheel well under the boot carpet, so wanted to have good protection to the terminals.

My existing, but failing, Bosch starter battery was S4 series and had been fitted by previous owner at least 8 years ago so very happy for Tayna to recommend this S5 series battery. Ordered it online at 4pm and it arrived before lunch the next day, well packaged and fully charged. Cannot fault the whole process - good information, easy to order and very prompt delivery. I have used Tayna on several occasions and have always been well served.
