This battery is great value for money, and with the addition of Carbon has an advised 1.5 times quicker re-charging speed against conventional Lead-acid. I have used expensive Bosch Silver/Calcium batteries in the past and found that as this is our second car and does not get used daily they lost their charge quite quickly. Ok if the car is used daily, Silver/Calcium batteries need a higher charging voltage of between 14.4v - 16.0v and a long absorption charge phase to fully re-charge, Ok in a Ford with a smart alternator charging system but in a conventional 14.2v system as on a Fiat this battery is great, also the largest that would fit ok.
