Very disappointed in this battery having bought it for my vw transporter it’s failing after only a year, I checked the alternator etc but no problem there. And I’ve heard recent similar stories about other recent Varta batteries

How can you review a battery? You fit it and the car starts. The difference good to bad is only apparent in a few years time. In terms of price and service, Tanya were excellent. I checked the manufacturing code and the battery was six months old, so that could have been better.

Good quality battery from a top manufacturer. Many more Amp-hours than the original battery that came with the car. Good price - less than other suppliers charge for batteries with far less capacity. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Fitted in 5 minutes, no problems at all.
