The product is fine. Tanya Batteries are very accomodating. Their staff polite and helpful. No complaints there. Their courier however, DX Express, is abysmal which is as flattering as I can be towards them. Tanya, in recognition of this re-imbursed that cost element and used DHL, a professional carrier who finally delivered the item.

Have used this twice since purchase over a year ago - absolutely brilliant. Car was not used for long periods during Covid lock-down & I sent off for this as the battery was low. Trickle-charge apparently does less damage to the battery long-term, so am very pleased as charging was easy to set up : the instructions are good. Delivery by Tayna was quick & efficient, thank you !

Easy to set up and worked straight out of the box connecting to inside power socket via accessory lead. Keeping the battery charged on a Porsche Cayman during the winter when the car is used less frequently.

Really easy to use battery charger. The ability to recondition a battery is very useful. Have used to hold the battery at 100% during long term storage for 2 months. No issues starting after that time. Best charger I have ever used.
