The charger/conditioner appears to have reconditioned my AMG battery that was totally flat. Simple to use. Efficient service from you web site and prompt delivery.

The battery warning message on my Volvo XC60 showed intermittently. After reading what the warning could be I phoned Tayna who reccomended this charger. The delivery was very quick. The charger was easy to connect, had clear instructions, was faster than I expected. The Ctec MXS 5.0 charger has done a great job of reconditioning and charging the battery. After using it I have had no further battery warnings. I would reccomend Tayna and the Ctec charger. By the way Ctec have got very clear insturction videos on their website.

Seems to be a very good product with a 5 year guarantee, bought to supplement an older CTEK charger which only had a 2 year guarantee but is still working after 10 years!

Working well after 1 year. Great compact design. It's functionality is more clear than my older one.i do hope they've improved the selector button as the other one needed fixing after only a few years light use.
