Although this appears to be an excellent battery, in retrospect I wish I had stuck with the Numax of similar capacity, as the previous one was very long lived at 8 years, and noticeably lighter than this one. Its also a little taller making it a bit of a squeeze in the caravan battery box.

I have used your Company on several occasions, and am always well pleased with the range available, and competitive prices of your vehicle batteries. This time it was our tourer caravan battery, some four years old approx. that was starting to give trouble. Not holding charge, and letting me down when I tried to apply and move caravan using the motor mover. But as I say it was some four years old, and therefore guessed the battery must have been approaching the end of its useful life. Didn't want the 'risk' of continuing problem, so a telephone call to one of your friendly advisers on a Saturday afternoon. This resulted in accurate advice and information. I decided to pay a few pounds extra to get a battery with a four year guarantee, rather than a slightly cheaper alternative with less guarantee. I wanted peace of mind so to speak. Order placed, then detailed e-mailed paperwork, order progress notification and tracking info. The battery arrived as previous orders with you, securely packed, fitting advice slip attached. Fitted immediately to the caravan, and have just returned from a break away, everything fine and in order. Perfect! As before, excellent service, and I have put a very positive review on Trustpilot for you. Many thanks Tayna for your continued co-operation to a well satisfied customer.

Perfect for motorhome . Shame the courier doesn't understand the labelling on the box clearly stating which way up it should be. Fortunately I was home to receive the batteries and tell him what I thought of him . Otherwise the usual excellent service from Tanya.
