Battery and delivery 5 stars. Unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered the wrong Battery, this is when my problems started. Tanya arranged collection by DHL (all good so far), unfortunately DHL have failed to collect and I am still waiting 10 days later. This is appalling service by DHL but Tayna only use DHL for returns, so unable to return Battery. Does not bode well for warranty returns.

Battery seems very good. But proof will be how long it lasts. Delivery wasn't good as although box had a this way up sticker on it. This was ignored by carrier.

Not the cheapest nor the dearest battery I found, 4 year guarantee helped my decision, eventually purchased via the caravan club, this came extremely well packed and arrived within the time stated. Working well, only time will tell. I would use Tayna again, but not too soon.

Really good battery and it arrived almost fully charged. I plugged in to complete the job and the caravan was serviced the next day, tested the battery and it was holding 13.7v not plugged in to the mains. With regard to the service from Tanya, all I can say is - Brilliant - Easy - Fast and probably the best value for a 110Ah battery ever. I'll be back.
