Delivered bang on time as promised. Packaged very well for safe transportation. Unfortunately the batteries had to be returned due to a dimensional issue within the battery compartment. Again this was handled with great professionalism and a full refund posted in to the bank within 2 working days of battery return.

Buying a battery on-line can be a risky business if it has to be returned because it is not fit for purpose. This proved not to be the case and the battery arrived on time and extremely well packed with clear instructions as to set-up and installation. The battery has now been in use for 3 weeks and is proving to be a quality item. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tanya batteries to anyone. Quality product and sevice.

The battery has been installed as a leisure battery in a motor home. It has already had a punishing long weekend without charging and showed itself highly capable of sustaining all systems with little drop in capacity. Very pleased. A useful detail from Tanya is the battery external measurements on the website. Very good to know these are accurate as this was always going to be a tight fit. Tanya price and speed of service was excellent.
