Really good battery and it arrived almost fully charged. I plugged in to complete the job and the caravan was serviced the next day, tested the battery and it was holding 13.7v not plugged in to the mains. With regard to the service from Tanya, all I can say is - Brilliant - Easy - Fast and probably the best value for a 110Ah battery ever. I'll be back.

The battery was sent out with DHL with tracking. I tracked the delivery each day from Tuesday to Thursday and failed to deliver each day, sending it back to the depot. I found it very frustrating and needed the battery to power some essential medical equipment for a relative. I contacted Tanya and they confirmed that DHL never had my full post code and therefore treated it as a phantom delivery, it was never going to be delivered. Tanya contacted DHL and corrected the postcode and asked for a priority delivery for Friday. I also contacted DHL and they confirmed I would get the battery by lunchtime on Friday. Well, it never arrived and I contacted Tanya to cancel my order, which they agreed. I am still waiting for my refund, a week after cancelling. I also had to pay an additional £45 for a similar battery locally on the Saturday morning. I am now out of pocket for two batteries and a very anxious and frustrating experience. The battery finally arrived on Tuesday morning the following week, which I did not accept and sent it back. I shall never buy another battery from Tanya again, as long as they only use DHL. Terrible service!
