Good product, works well, good price & delivered promptly. The connection for the cables has pins which are a little delicate and if not fully engaged give a mon-charging signal. Worked fine when reconnected firmly, but don't recommend frequent disconnection of two sections of the cable.

I thought I might be able to restore a discharged battery but the CTEK informed me it wouldn't be up to it. My other charger had been busy charging it for two days and the battery showed 12v afterwards, but it would not do the business when it came to cranking. New battery time!

The charger is very good but instructions could be better in explaining the settings required for specific car batteries. I have a stop/start enhanced flood battery which I assumed should be charged as normal which I did. Lockdown and short journeys had had an effect on the battery. While the car would start stop/start had stopped working and battery voltage was 12.20 rather low. using the normal setting and recon mode the battery has recovered, took a few days, and battery voltage is 12.78, stop/start now works. I will now charge the battery every month should prevent problems in the future. Nice bit of kit would full recommend it. Only 4* due to instruction manual.
